The natural hair is divided into 3 groups I.e. long hair, short hair and scanty hair.
1. Long hair : long hair results from either hereditary factors, good food or proper hair care.
Most long hairs are silky and curly , while others are just long. This may be due to weather. Some long hairs may also be dru , tough to handle or oily. In fact so many factors come into play to determine the length of the hair.
2. Short hair : the length is not as the long type. This may also be hereditary factor. The short hair may be scanty or full, it may also be oil or dry.
3. Scanty hair: here , the hair is not short but sparingly distributed all over the scalp. It may be due to hereditary or some factors which are peculiar to that individual. Most if the hair whether short, long or scanty could have either of these (a) dry scalp (b) oily or grease scalp. Which ever one is the case, the effort is seen on the dry hair , or oily hair. On the other hand, most types of hair are coarse and tough to handle making it difficult to manage unlike the soft and oily ones that are easily managed.
