Care and Maintenance of the Nose

• It is important to clean our nose with a clean handkerchief.

• Do not poke the nose with fingers or other sharp objects.

• Do not pluck the hairs from the nose.

• Always blow the nose gently to remove foreign objects in the nose.

• During cold or catarrh, always put a balm or hot ointment into a hot water and inhale the hot air that is arising. Other spices could be taken.

• If foreign objects enter the nose, see a doctor.
