Components - Use

• Beef extract , 3g - Source of vitamins and salts

• Peptone, 5g - Source of energy, carbon and nitrogen

• Agar, 15g - Solidifying agent

• Water, 1000cm2

Note : Nutrient broth is a liquid culture medium containing beef extract and Peptone without agar.
