• Cattle - Bovine dermatophilosis: Affects the skin forming scabs; affects productivity - Bacteria - Culling affected animals ; rearing resistant cattle like N' dama
• Poultry - New castle disease: Affects respiratory and nervous systems; decreases productivity - Virus - Vaccination; destroying affected fowls
• Poultry - Coccidiosis: Affects intestines and caeca; causes death eventually - Protozoan - Keep healthy fowls from dropping of affected ones; give Coccidiostats, chemicals that prevent an attack of the disease
