This figure is made up of four equilateral triangles whose vertical heights and base sides are equal. There are equations that deals with area of triangles ; these are applied to this development.
Step 1 : Draw the triangle required with the five length T L.
Step 2 : Lay out other triangles as shown, reverting the vase side in opposite direction of the other
Step 3 : On the two outer triangles and 4, add a pasting flap and fold on the lines.
Step 4 : As you fold on the lunes, the tetrahedron will be formed.
